A native of New Jersey, he and his wife, Susan, and their four children have lived in South Jersey for 28 years. Dr. Connolly has been actively involved in his community, coaching both girls' and boys' soccer and basketball teams for over ten years. Although his children are long graduated from Camden Catholic High School, he continues an intense interest and commitment, both personally and financially to the support of that school, where he has served as a member of the board of directors. He is an active member of his parish of St. Pius X.

The success of his dental practice is largely reflective of his professionalism and excellent dental skills. Dr. Connolly is passionate about dentistry and excited about how it can allow him to help his patients to feel better, look better and proudly smile about who they are.

In order to provide the very best of care, Dr. Connolly is constantly attending and participating in continuing education programs. He has completed over 100 hours with The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, and has taken courses in The Esthetic Advantage, taught by Dr. Larry Rosenthal, a premier cosmetic dentist in the United States. This type of advanced technical training emphasizes the critical connection between function and aesthetics, and allows for his very thorough understanding of porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns and implants.

He then attained his Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he completed a General Practice Residency at Monmouth and CentraState Medical Centers. Since then, Dr. McCarty has participated in various continuing education courses, spanning all disciplines of dentistry. Most recently, he has focused primarily on courses dedicated to cosmetic dentistry as well as dental implantology. He is a member of The Periodontal Institute of Southern New Jersey Study Group, which concentrates on cosmetic issues involved with dental implant restorations.

Dr. McCarty resides in Mullica Hill with his wife ane two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing ice hockey and music.

He is currently a member of the Joseph E. Ewing Prosthodontic Study Group, the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Connolly continues to perfect his clinical skills by attending numerous continuing education courses in cosmetic functional dentistry and TMJ analysis, as well as advanced courses in rotary endodontics. He takes great pride in all of his dental work and truly loves helping patients maintain healthy smiles.

Dr. Connolly earned his undergraduate degree at Villanova University where he majored in Biology and minored in Business.  He currently resides in the Washington Township area with his wife Jenna and their English bulldog Marsh-Mello.  Dr. Connolly is an active member of the Church of the Holy Family in Sewell.  He enjoys working out and playing sports, visiting the Jersey Shore and spending time with his family.
