Our Practice

Our dental practice has been located on Egg Harbor Road in Turnersville, Washington Township, New Jersey, since 1979. Started by Dr. Chris Connolly, it has grown to include four full- times dentists and an ever-expanding auxiliary and clerical staff. This is an office dedicated to treating the entire family's dental needs. We want to maintain, restore and enhance our patients' smiles. We believe that a beautiful, healthy smile greatly improves your confidence, overall health and self esteem. The very positive experiences our patients have come to expect here is largely attributed to our warm and comfortable environment, and the extremely gentle care each individual patient is always given by every member of our staff.

Our Standards -

Our well trained professional staff members constantly endeavor to treat each patient as an individual, providing comprehensive treatment plans and state of the art restorative and cosmetic dental procedures. We make every effort to handle any dental emergencies as quickly as possible with expanded office hours which include evenings and Saturdays.

Prevention and Information -

The best way to maintain good dental health, is through thorough preventative care and keeping our patients informed of their optimal dental options. While our examinations are focused on establishing a healthy and beautiful smile, we are aware that many factors influence that end result. Therefore, we thoroughly review your medical history , taking note of your overall health, any medications, illnesses and family history .

Professional Training -

It is very important that our patients have the utmost confidence in our professional training and our dental expertise. Our doctors and each member of our clinical staff constantly participate in continuing education opportunities. This keeps us aware of the most recent procedures, techniques and equipment, so that we remain on the cutting edge of a profession which is experiencing an amazing renaissance.

Safety -

To protect the health of our patients and staff, we very thoroughly and carefully adhere to the standards recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA), the Center for Disease Control(CDC) and the American Dental Association (ADA) with regard to sterilization techniques and the control of infectious elements within the office.

Insurance -

This office only participates with Delta Dental Premier insurance. However, our staff is extremely proficient in working with patients who have dental coverage through most other insurance plans. Naturally, we are not able to accept plans that limit dental providers, and we do not accept HMO or DMO plans. Patients are always responsible for any co-pays at the time of their appointment.

Individuals who come to our office, even though we are not included in their insurance plan's "network," find us to be very accommodating. Members of our insurance staff will submit claims on behalf of these patients, with the understanding that the patient will be responsible for any balance not covered by that particular plan. Generally, insurance companies send a payment directly to this office. Uniquely, Horizon Insurance Company reimburses patients directly. Consequently, it is necessary for Horizon patients to pay the office for their dental care at the time of treatment and await their carrier's reimbursement.
